URBAN BREAK is Asia’s largest urban & street art festival — a platform that has led the flow of urban culture by connecting technology and art, emerging artists and the public.

Now in its 6th edition, URBAN BREAK continues to expand and push the boundaries of contemporary culture.

URBAN BREAK is a hybrid curatorial collective that encompasses digital art, NFTs, media art, and street culture.

Since 2021, we have been consistently experimenting with new forms of expression through collaborations with AI artists, digital creators, and global talents.

URBAN BREAK now seeks to create a stage with AI artists who tell stories, laying the foundation for a thriving AI creative ecosystem.

⭐️How to Participate⭐️

– “AI artists" who want to tell their own stories using AI as a tool
– Creators, artists, and video makers who want to experiment with narrative, emotion, and message through generative AI
– Anyone who believes their perspective and worldview matter more than the technology itself

Step 1. Choose a Category
1. Open Theme
– Show the real you — unrestricted by form or genre
– All styles welcome: realistic, animation, hybrid
– Both narrative and non-narrative formats are allowed
– We’re looking for works that reflect your philosophy, emotion, or message expressed through AI

2. K-POP Theme
① K-POP & MY WORLD
– Express your own aesthetic take on K-POP using AI
– From music video-style pieces to short dramas inspired by lyrics — everything is welcome
② Special Session: STANDARD FRIENDS
– Create an AI-based work inspired by the following tracks:

🎵 슬롬 – 그대에게 띄우는 편지
🎵 슬롬 – WHAT DO I DO

– Your work doesn’t have to follow conventional formats — explore freely!
– Entries in this session may be considered for collaboration with STANDARD FRIENDS in performances or exhibitions
– Judging is unified across categories, so even non-awardees may be offered collaboration opportunities

Step 2. Submit Your Work
– Format: Submit both
① a short-form vertical edit (9:16) for viral content (30 seconds summary version)
② the full-length version (16:9)
– Must insert our logo at the beginning of the artwork
– Submission link: Here!
– Submission Period: May 20, 2025 – July 10, 2025

– Video duration: minimum 90 seconds, recommended under 10 minutes
– World premieres (first-ever releases) will receive priority in judging
– No restrictions on date of production, nationality, gender, or age
– We value open-mindedness and creative expression


– Finalists will be selected through a combined score of:
Expert jury evaluation
Public vote via digital signage exhibition

– Screening on large-scale outdoor digital signage
– Invitation to URBAN BREAK’s official award ceremony & networking events
– Opportunities for collaboration with K-brands and animation production
– Consideration for direct investment and support in global IP development
